Terms of Sale

These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products marketed by the company la Chemise snc in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, will be regulated by the following General Conditions.

• Registration

Users who intend to purchase on www.lachemise.it and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares that he/she has read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered is true and correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.

• Using discount coupons

Users who receive any type of discount coupon must use it according to the timeframes indicated in the coupon itself. Coupons are unique and cannot be combined and cannot be applied to goods already on sale (unless otherwise specified).

• Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the company La Chemise snc. and the Customer must be considered concluded, even if only partially of the order, by www.lachemise.it. Such acceptance is considered implied, upon communication, in any manner, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.

• Product Availability and Order Fulfillment

The e-commerce system adopted on the website www.lachemise.it is designed to guarantee the Customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and related delivery times.

However, it should be noted that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products in our warehouse. In this case, we will take care to inform the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who will then be able to freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In the event of cancellation, you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

www.lachemise.it reserves the right to fulfill orders received, even if only partially, based on the availability of products in stock.

We also remind you that the images and information contained in the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show great care and attention in this too.

 

• Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (on line). The customer who sends the order directly from the site, will receive, at the end of the procedure, an electronic mail (E-mail) communication confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or lack of product.

It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent by email to info@lachemise.it , putting the text "ORDER CANCELLATION" as the reason for the message. For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

• Selling prices

All sales prices displayed on the website www.lachemise.it are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are the responsibility of the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of a discrepancy in prices, following the customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the customer by telephone or by e-mail who may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken without any penalty.

• Delivery methods and times

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (for all orders below a certain threshold), clearly visible at the time of placing the order. For uninsured goods, La Chemise snc assumes no responsibility for the loss, tampering or breakage of the product/s purchased and for any delays in delivery by shipping companies. • Complaints, Returns and Replacements

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately verify their condition and conformity. Complaints regarding the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and/or external appearance must be formulated in writing by sending a specific email to info@lachemise.it within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the Product, specifying the reason for the complaint and the solution you wish to request: return or replacement.

In both cases, the Consumer will be required to return the Product to the addresses indicated below within the same period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the item.

The returned product must be:

- correctly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories and documentation (including tags and labels);

- provided with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow La Chemise snc . to identify the Consumer (Order number, name, surname and address);

- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article. That is, they must not show signs of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a condition as to not allow resale.

If the returned Product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the refund cannot be made to the customer.

If the Consumer finds faults or defects in the Product purchased, he/she may request its replacement. La Chemise snc will, as the case may be, make the requested replacements within a reasonable time from receipt of the Consumer's request. The costs will be entirely borne by La Chemise snc, including those for sending the returned product, which will then be reimbursed to the Consumer.

If, however, only a size or color replacement is required, the costs will be partly borne by the consumer (for the return of the goods to La Chemise snc.) and partly borne by La Chemise snc (for the new shipment of the item for which the size/color is to be replaced).

• Applicable law and competent court

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Rome will be competent.
